MOUNTAINOUS EXPERIENCE
ATHENS & ARACHOVA 

DAY 1

Welcome to Greece! Upon arrival at Athens airport, our representative will meet you and transfer you to your hotel. Once you settle, explore Athens’ amazing neighborhoods such as Plaka, Thissio, Monastiraki.

Make sure you visit the Acropolis the most famous Greek landmark, the Parthenon

DAY 2

After your breakfast, we highly recommend going out for shopping. Walk in the narrow streets in Plaka, go to Anafiotika and you will feel you are in a Greek Island.

In the evening, visit Mikrolimano, as it is a lively place with a seafront promenade. A lot of restaurants, coffee shops and nightclubs are found along the coastline, offering entertainment to the visitors. It is highly recommended to get there at sunset time.

DAY 3

After your breakfast you will be transferred to Arachova, a wonderful village with natural beauty, around 3 hours from Athens.

Walk in the town, experience the village like Greeks, Arachova for them is the most popular winter escape. Have your meals at one of Greek tavernas with local tidbits. An experience you will remember forever!

DAY 4

Arachova is a surrounded by beautiful forests, Parnassos mountain is your place to go for ski or just enjoy the nature.

Mount Parnassos’ Forest vegetation is remarkably rich, including pines, oak trees as well as various local herbs and flowers. The mountain has diverse fauna consisting of foxes, wolves, hares, badgers, falcons, and many more.

DAY 5

Have your breakfast and go to visit Delphi, the "navel" of the world, the centre of the world! Delphi was regarded as a spiritual, cultural, and religious center. People from all over Greece used to visit Pythia, the highest priestess, in order to get advice for their problems.

Pythia’s replies were always enigmatic and controversial and many of her prophecies have survived until today.

Delphi is one of UNESCO’s World Heritage Sites and definitely one of the most charming places in the world. Don’t miss it!

DAY 6

After your breakfast, walk in Arachova village narrow streets, do your last shopping & then return to Athens.

Arrive early evening to Athens. We highly recommend visiting one of the local restaurants which provide folkloric show. Learn how to dance like Greeks and how to say ‘Opa’, the favorite Greek way of expressing their joy & happiness when they gather or while dancing!

DAY 7

Enjoy your breakfast and then transfer to Athens Airport to return home. Give a promise to yourself that soon, you will get back to Greece!
